Milk Critic

Broguiere's Whole Milk

Taste is initially fairly fresh and clear (but not as much as some, there is still some creaminess), and becomes creamy in the after taste.

Thick heavy consistency.

As it warms up, the creaminess and consistency seem to increase. The fresh and clear aspect disappears.

On the first taste, I thought this milk was a B+. It seemed short of A because it lacked vibrance. Feels like the cream doesn't particularly want to be milk.

After leaving it in the fridge for a day to get colder, the cream has fallen in line, smoothed out and now support the flavor nicely.

Overall grade: A
