Has some creaminess and density, but it tastes a little flat, like the flavor is dampened or clamped to some range around the neutral taste of your mouth. This also detracts a bit from the crispness of the milk. This flavor profile is unusual for fresh milk or ultra pasteurized milk, but may be preferable to the "eggy" taste that many longer life milks share.
Some complex not-belonging-in-milk notes at the end of the taste, presumably the nutritional supplements.
