It is moderately creamy but the creaminess fades fast. The consistency is okay, but collapses with the creaminess. There is an eggy smell that also shows up late in the otherwise fresh taste.

Overall taste is fairly fresh but flat. The milk tastes like it is not excited to be milk, but it will do an adequate job because it must.
