• Low creaminess. Very similar to a low fat milk (A2 Light) on creaminess. Pauls Full Cream and A2 Full Cream both had much more creaminess. My understanding is “Full Cream” and “Whole Milk” mean exactly the same thing, so this is pretty disappointing for Woolworths milk.
• Lower, thinner consistency
• Weaker watery taste (plain, low magnitude, weak). Taste is not eggy or anything, so that’s good.

Overall Grade: B-

I think the lack of creaminess really hurts this milk, not only in category of creaminess (duh), but also on taste. This milk is generally ok, without being great/good in any particular way.
